Product Description

The 40t dual engine hydraulic workover rig applies to the small repair operation of 3,000M(2 7/8″oil pipe)oil well and water well.

1)The Steyr II chassis and 300 horsepower environmentally friendly engine are adopted,with good cross-country ability and strong adaptability to the wellsite.

2)The derrick engine adopts WeiChai 290 horsepower engine,the gas control clutch and Fastgear 9 speed gearbox.

3)The transmission mode adopts hydraulic+mechanical transmission,which can ensure smooth and soft transmission,can be taken as overload protection,and can make the engine in the optimum working conditions.

4)The derrick adopts the 120×70 16Mn rectangular pipe,and is the full-field front opening-type double-section derrick.

5)The gearbox is arranged with high and low gears,which are controlled by the gas valve.

6)The gear and sprocket wheel of the angle transmission gearbox adopts the high quality material,which is treated through special process,so that it is of long life,low noise and smooth transmission.

7）The torque converter,angle transmission gearbox and winch are installed on the same datum plane,the installation accuracy is high,and it is convenient for maintenance an disassembly.

8)The winch is the complex lever full braking winch,the dual brake type structure of hand brake and air brakes is adopted,and the operation is labor-saving and reliable.The brake and drum clutch adopts the interlock device,and the air brake system is arranged with the air-cut brake function,which is safe and reliable.

9)The heavier-type 70-ton hook is equipped,and the lowering speed is fast.

10)The hook is equipped with the electronic anti-collision device.
