Xinjiang Oilfield Company held a 2025 production capacity construction commencement meeting
Xinjiang Oilfield Company held a 2025 production capacity construction commencement ceremony. Wei Zhaosheng, general manager and deputy secretary of the Party committee of Xinjiang Oilfield Company, attended the ceremony and announced the official launch of the 2025 production capacity construction.
At the launch ceremony, relevant responsible persons from Xinjiang Oilfield Company, Western Drilling Company, PetroChina Well Logging Xinjiang Branch, and PetroChina (Xinjiang) Engineering Company delivered speeches.
Wei Zhaosheng pointed out that 2025 is a year of special historical significance, marking the 70th anniversary of exploration and development in Xinjiang Oilfield and a crucial year for the company to surpass 20 million tons. Xinjiang Oilfield Company should fully implement the deployment of the Group's 2025 work conference, solidly advance the "2112" four major projects, strengthen collaborative cooperation, uphold the banner of technological upgrading and iteration, implement full-process safety control, ensure the successful completion of production capacity construction goals, and fight a beautiful "production construction battle".
Regarding the high-quality advancement, high-starting point layout, and high-efficiency completion of production capacity construction, Wei Zhaosheng emphasized the need for concerted efforts and integrated collaboration to control shutdowns and stoppages. Based on the "integrated two-sided" positioning, the integrated and optimized drilling rig operation plan should be implemented, and a market-oriented "community of shared destiny" and "innovation alliance" should be built. Platform-based promotion of infrastructure, materials, technology, and service resource allocation should be implemented to comprehensively improve operational efficiency.
Wei Zhaosheng pointed out the need to strengthen technological iteration and upgrading, practice the concept of "three no limits" in drilling acceleration, fracturing efficiency improvement, and technological iteration, and promote "double increase and double reduction" (increase single-well EUR and single-well output, reduce single-well investment and operating costs); strictly control the design scheme, and grasp the "three key points" of accident complexity, casing damage and change, and well control management.
Wei Zhaosheng emphasized the need to solidify responsibilities, prevent and control risks to ensure safety, deeply learn lessons from accidents and incidents, strictly implement the "three managements and three musts," earnestly implement the risk assessment and early warning mechanism, reasonably arrange production operation plans, promptly identify and eliminate all kinds of hidden dangers, achieve safe production, and resolutely prevent the occurrence of all kinds of accidents and incidents.
Zang Chuanzhen, deputy general manager, chief engineer, and safety director of Xinjiang Oilfield Company, presided over the launch ceremony. Li Yalin, deputy general manager of Western Drilling Company, deputy chief engineer of Xinjiang Oilfield Company, and more than 100 people from Xinjiang Oilfield Company, Western Drilling Company, PetroChina Well Logging Xinjiang Branch, PetroChina (Xinjiang) Engineering Company, and other relevant units and departments attended the launch ceremony.
